About the courses
It depends on the course. Each course listing includes a recommended experience level: from foundation (no prior experience needed) through to intermediate and advanced. If you're unsure which course is right for you, get in touch and we'll help you choose.
Yes. All participants receive a certificate of completion from Aha! Consulting upon finishing the course. Note: these courses do not provide recognition of prior learning toward the Engagement Institute Certificate of Engagement.
Yes. Our courses are designed to support continuing professional development (CPD). Check with your professional body or employer regarding how CPD points are allocated.
Delivery options
Absolutely. All of our courses can be delivered exclusively to your team: in person at your workplace or venue, or live online.
Please note that hybrid delivery is not available. All participants in a session attend in the same format, either all in person or all online together.
In-house delivery is a great option when you want consistent, shared learning across your organisation. Get in touch to discuss dates and logistics.
Yes. If your team has specific needs that don't map neatly to our existing courses, we can design a program around your context, challenges and goals.

Both. The majority of our courses are available in person or as live, interactive online sessions.
We don't do pre-recorded webinars: all online delivery is live and facilitated in real time.
We keep classes to around 30 participants to ensure a quality learning experience for everyone.
Bookings & Admin
You can enrol directly through our website on the individual course pages. If you'd like to discuss in-house or customised delivery, contact us and we'll be in touch promptly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Organisations can also request an invoice. Please contact us to arrange this.
Payment for mixed client sessions is required prior to the course start date.
If you need to cancel, the following fees apply:
- 14 to 7 days notice: 25% of the course fee plus any out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
- 7 to 5 days notice: 50% of the course fee plus any out-of-pocket expenses.
- Less than 5 days notice: 100% of the course fee plus any out-of-pocket expenses.
You may transfer your place to a substitute participant by giving us written notice before the course starts. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
You're welcome to send a substitute participant in your place. Please give us written notice before the course starts.
The original participant remains liable for the course fee if the substitute does not attend. Please refer to our cancellation policy above if you need to cancel entirely.
In the unlikely event we need to cancel a course, we will offer you a full refund of your course fee or an alternative date, whichever you prefer.
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or other out-of-pocket expenses you may have incurred. We will notify you as soon as practicable if a cancellation is necessary. See our full terms and conditions.
