Academy courses are built in response to clients' requests for practical, cost-effective training that covers a range of topics, allowing them to train staff at scale. The Engagement Institute courses are the industry standard and for those wanting a recognised industry credential.

Yes. Both pathways are available for in-house delivery. Aha! Academy courses are cost effective ways to build shared skills across the organisation. Engagement Institute courses bring a recognised industry credential to your team.
Most courses are available either as in-room or live virtual sessions. However, to maximise learning outcomes, hybrid delivery is not offered (i.e.: courses are delivered one mode or the other).
Absolutely. While both pathways are complementary, there is no recognition of prior learning offered by the Engagement Institute for Aha! Academy courses.
