About this Course
The Facilitation Edge course explores the role of the facilitator beyond tools and techniques and focuses on honing your ability to ‘read’ a group and know which intervention to use when. It’s a deep dive into what makes people tick and how the facilitator can support group discussion, collaboration and decision making.
The Facilitation Edge builds your confidence and a tool kit of different techniques. This course draws on over 30 years of experience across a diverse range of sectors and settings and goes to the next level. It will build your ability to stay present with a group and offer the one thing they need more than everything ... the whole and real YOU.
