About this Course
To evaluate both the engagement process and the engagement outcomes for an engagement project or program.
Objectives
- Use an evaluation template to plan an evaluation for your own engagement projects or programs
- Be able to prepare a report to present at a senior level and/or to the decision-makers, and a report to the community and stakeholders involved/affected by the project or program.

Professionals, such as planners and engineers in related fields
This course is suitable for engagement practitioners with two or more years’ experience in engagement.
