Pre-requisites: Minimum 5 years managing & leading engagement projects AND completion of the IAP2A Certificate of Engagement.
About this Course
Discover how to organisationally assess for and plan for engagement when there is a risk of differences of opinion, the contemporary drivers of anger and outrage in our organisations and communities, pressures in communities, conflict and emotion in the engagement process, stages of conflict escalation and conflict de-escalation, and how to Identify opportunities for building the capacity of your organisation to anticipate and respond to outrage.
The aim of this course is to assist engagement practitioners to de-escalate conflict, high emotion, and outrage situations and identify and develop strategies for building organisational capability and resilience.

- This course is suitable for experienced engagement practitioners with five or more years’ experience in engagement in leading and managing engagement projects and are working in high conflict and high emotion environments.
