Aha! Consulting has facilitated the workshops for the formation of the consortium, strategic planning, and annual review of workshops for the Partners in Recovery program in the Fremantle Medicare Local region and the transition to new funding arrangements. Aha! Consulting also facilitated provider workshops to inform program evaluation.

The Partners in Recovery program needed facilitated support for consortium formation, strategic planning, annual review, and provider workshops to inform program evaluation and manage funding transitions.
Our Approach
We facilitated workshops across the full program lifecycle, from consortium formation and strategic planning through to annual reviews and provider forums informing evaluation.
