Consumer and Clinician Consultation – Development of Consumer Engagement Framework
Project Overview
As part of the development of the clinician, consumer, carer, and community engagement framework, Aha! Consulting designed and led a consultation process. This involved clinician surveys and interviews, consumer and carers surveys and interviews, and the facilitation of focus groups to review various drafts of the framework.
The Challenge
The Health Service needed a consumer, clinician, carer, and community engagement framework developed through genuine consultation with those it would affect.
Our Approach
We designed and led a consultation process including clinician and consumer surveys and interviews, focus groups, and facilitated reviews of draft framework documents to inform the final engagement framework.
