The Challenge
The Dental Health Service needed to undertake an internal strategic planning and change management process that aligned with broader political and departmental context.
Our Approach
We facilitated a structured internal consultation process including stakeholder consultations, staff surveys, reference group meetings, management sessions, and executive planning workshops, and supported the development of the strategic plan.
