Aha! Consulting has been assisting the Dental Health Service with the design and implementation of a consumer engagement strategy; it includes a survey, focus groups to assist with maintaining their service accreditation, and overall improvement of service delivery.

The Dental Health Service needed to maintain service accreditation and improve service delivery through ongoing consumer engagement.

We designed and implemented a consumer engagement strategy including surveys and focus groups to gather consumer feedback and support the annual service review and accreditation process.
