Aha! Consulting design and faciliated the consultation with staff, community and elected memebrs and then contributed to the drafting of the Councils Strategic Community Plan (Council Plan).
The Challenge
The City needed to develop a new Council Plan that genuinely reflected the aspirations of its community, staff, and elected members.
