The Challenge
The Shire needed to review its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan through genuine consultation with people with disabilities, carers, and the broader community.
Our Approach
We designed and led the face-to-face consultation and survey process to inform the DAIP review, and provided key recommendations to strengthen the new plan.
