Aha! Consultating has been engaged to design, deliver and report on local government engagement, to inform the annual review of Western Power's Public Lighting Strategy. First undertaken in 2024, then again in 2025/26.
The Challenge
Western Power needed to consult with the 112 local governments who are part of the South West Interconnected System, to inform the review and update of the Public Lighting Asset Management Strategy.
Our Approach
We designed and delivered a survey, online workshops and one-on-one interviews with local government stakeholders, to inform the development of the new Public Lighting Strategy.
