Project Overview
Aha! Consulting designed and ran the broad engagement and a deliberative panel focussed on informing the development of Restrictive Practices legislation for people working in the disability sector. The panel gave recommendation to shape this legally and ethically complex piece of legislation.
The Challenge
The Department needed informed community and sector input to guide the development of legally and ethically complex Restrictive Practices legislation for the disability sector.
Our Approach
We designed and ran broad engagement alongside a deliberative panel, whose recommendations directly shaped the development of the Restrictive Practices legislation.
