The Challenge
The Commission and WA Association of Mental Health needed structured sector and consumer engagement across several complex projects during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our Approach
We worked across multiple projects including the COVID response, patient bed flow modelling, and the development of an engagement framework and policy, delivering both sector and consumer engagement.
