Aha! Consulting designed and delivered the consultation, evaluation, and review of the inaugural engagement program. This included design, data collection (interviews and intercept interviews at event and in shopping centres), analysis, and facilitation of planning post report.
The Challenge
Celebrate WA needed to evaluate the effectiveness of its inaugural community engagement program for WA Day and use the findings to inform future planning.
Our Approach
We designed and delivered the full consultation and evaluation process, including event-based and shopping centre intercept interviews, data analysis, and a facilitated planning session to translate findings into future action.
