Engagement Framework

Project Overview

Aha! Consulting has worked with multiple organisations to develop their engagement frameworks. The framework is a suite of documentation and process for integrating engagement into the organisation systems and processes. Based on the organisations needs, the framework can include policy, strategy, planning tools, evaluation tools, training and more.

The development process is collaborative and design for each organisational context. Each process typically involves a combination of internal and external consultation, review of existing documentation (Policies, strategies etc), briefing/training of elected members, document development and implementation planning.

Some of our clients include:

City of Armadale | City of Cockburn | City of Fremantle | City of Subiaco | Town of Cambridge | Town of Port Hedland | City of Kwinana | City of Stirling | City of Canning | Shire of Murray | Shire of Denmark | City of Albany

The Challenge

Multiple local governments and organisations needed engagement frameworks that integrated engagement into their systems and processes in ways suited to their specific context.

Our Approach

We worked collaboratively with each organisation to develop bespoke engagement frameworks, drawing on internal and external consultation, policy review, and training to create tailored documentation and implementation plans.
