Project Overview
Aha! Consulting led a 5-year process of engagement and social research to first establish the indicators for social performance in each of the three impacted areas and now conduct three annual ‘Pulse Report’ programs to gather data, report against the agreed indicators and provide year on year comparative reporting.
The Challenge
Shell needed to establish social performance indicators across three impacted areas and conduct ongoing monitoring to track performance over time.
Our Approach
We led a five-year program of engagement and social research, first establishing indicators for social performance in each area, then conducting three annual Pulse Report programs to gather data and deliver year-on-year comparative reporting.
